Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at NESTAGE PROPERTIES in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless real estate experience.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property skills
- Customer Service and Sales abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
- A bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field is a plus
Requirements
- At least one year of proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in Dubai market.
- Deep understanding of the local real estate industry, market trends, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and another language
