Job Description

  • Create lists for leasing properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
  • Compile and draft all required documents, including contracts, leases, acknowledgments, and other legal forms.
  • Evaluate clients' financial abilities and identify suitable solutions based on their requirements.
  • Utilize intermediate-level negotiation skills during lease processes, guiding clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and other pertinent factors to guarantee transparent and equitable transactions.

  • Having good time management and organizational skills
  • Proactive in seeking out new learning opportunities, with a natural ability to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly.
  • Keep abreast of real estate market developments and industry best practices;
  • Able to communicate effectively and confidently persuade others, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, additional languages are a plus.
  • UAE driving license is a plus
