Job Description

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will provide expert advice, conduct property tours, and negotiate deals to ensure client satisfaction. Your role involves networking, building relationships with clients, and staying updated on the latest market trends.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed and correct information about properties.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best deals for clients.
  • Maintain and update property listings on the company website and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and new developments.
  • Prepare and proper documentation of necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and deeds.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other agents and team members to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine competitive market prices.
  • Attend developer’s events/agent briefing, open houses, and property expos.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or relevant role.
  • Proof of deals closed.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • RERA certification or recent passing score in RERA exam is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software (PropertyFinder, Bayut & Dubizzle)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for real estate.
  • Fluency in English is required;
  • Multilingual (mainly Arabic, Russian, Vietnamese, Chinese, French, Malaysian, Uzbek, Kazakh, Turkoman, Turkmen)
