Job Description


- Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties through consultations and negotiations.

- Guide clients through the entire transaction process, from property search to closing deals.

- Market and promote properties through advertising, digital platforms, and networking.

- Conduct property viewings, evaluate market trends, and provide valuable insights to clients.

- Build and maintain a network of clients and property owners.

- Prepare legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and deeds, following local regulations.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and legal requirements in Dubai.

- Provide excellent customer service and develop long-term relationships with clients.


#### **Desired Skills and Qualifications:**

- **Proven Experience**: 1-3 years of real estate experience in Dubai or a similar market.

- **RERA Certification**: A valid Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) license is highly preferred.

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus).

- **Negotiation Skills**: Demonstrated ability to negotiate deals and close transactions.

- **Market Knowledge**: Understanding of the Dubai real estate market, property values, and legal regulations.

- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems; familiarity with online property platforms like Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.

- **Networking Abilities**: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.

- **Sales-Driven**: Results-oriented with a passion for sales, customer service, and achieving targets.

- **Valid UAE Driver's License**: Preferred for client meetings and property
