Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the real estate market and must possess a valid UAE driving license. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
- Negotiate property prices and terms on behalf of clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the real estate market.
- Stay updated on the latest market trends and property listings.
- Prepare and present marketing materials to promote properties.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum knowledge of the real estate market.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and MS Office applications.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
