We serve property developers across many markets internationally primarily in the USA, UK, Australia and Europe, offering deep industry knowledge and actionable guidance to identify high-potential opportunities and guide them through the project lifecycle from acquisition through to construction completion.Position SummaryAs an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for identifying and conducting property research, analysing project feasibility and arranging draft concept plans on behalf of our clients.Your expertise will deliver thorough research and due diligence, empowering our clients to make informed decisions on their prospective property acquisitions.The PositionIdentify, analyse and evaluate potential real estate development opportunities that specifically fit our clients criteriaConduct market research and prepare feasibility studies for potential property development opportunitiesConduct extensive research on comparable projects in the local area to identify sales values and competitive developmentsPrepare or arrange the preparation of preliminary plans showing potential development yields Preparation of expression of interest on behalf of clientsParticipate in team meetings and provide insights on potential developmentsCommunicate with key players, such as real estate agents, town planners, architects and other consultantsHave flexibility to work over different time zones
