Job summary in X-rays, Fluoroscopy, CT Scan, & Mammograph
- To ensure the rooms and equipment are kept clean
- To explain to the patient before starting the procedure
- To ensure that necessary radiation protection is given to the patient
- To take x-ray as per the instruction and given if for digital processing
- To check the quality of x-ray before the patient leaves the department.
- To send the images for reporting to PACS and perform conduction complete in HIS system.
- To attend the bedside x-rays and theater calls whenever required.
- To give necessary instruction and appointment to the patient in case of contrast studies.
- To carry out the fluoroscopy procedures according to the instruction given by the radiologist.
- To perform any other work/ job as when assigned by the Chief Technologist.
