KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Review & Scrutinize Contractor’s interim payment
  • Review Final Account
  • Review of Variation Orders / Change Proposals etc
  • Review EOT & miscellaneous Cost Claims
  • Review Consultant’s / Authority payments
  • Review Cash Flow Budget & prepare internal Project Cost Reports
  • Prepare & develop rate built-up / cost break down
  • Analyze & recommend PS/PC nominations
  • Check & verify the accuracy of Quantities measured from site

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Science / Engineering in Civil and related field
