Job Description

  • Quantity take-off, subcontract verification and assisting QS Manager where required.
  • Payment preparation, variation order, submittal and follow up.
  • Material usage statistical analysis.
  • Compilation of material information supplied by subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Preparation and submittal of Material Approval Requests including following up with the consultant Engineer to secure approval.
  • Subcontractor payment and variation preparation.
  • Measuring quantities related to approved drawings, documents and comparing with contracts.
  • Measuring repair costs for defective/repeated/replaced/unused etc. works or materials in coordination with PQM.

Skills

Requirements:

Education - Degree or Diploma in Civil / Architecture / QS.

Experience - 5+ years experience with building contracting companies preferable in GCC countries.
