Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet established standards. Conduct regular quality audits to identify issues and ensure compliance with standards. Collaborate with production, engineering, and service teams to address and resolve quality concerns. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report findings to management. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality. Manage the warranty process, including claims handling, parts replacement, and issue resolution. Analyze warranty data to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with manufacturers regarding warranty coverage and claims. Develop and maintain warranty policies, procedures, and documentation. Train and support service teams on warranty processes and policies. Address complex warranty claims and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Work closely with employees to improve customer satisfaction. Provide technical support to internal teams and customers regarding quality and warranty issues. Prepare detailed reports on quality and warranty performance, including trend analysis and recommendations. Monitor and analyze product failure rates, and implement proactive measures to reduce warranty claims. Develop strategies to improve product reliability and minimize quality defects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5-7 years' experience in the same field (Automotive). Proven experience as a Quality and Warranty Manager in the automotive or manufacturing industry. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze data and create comprehensive reports. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
