Supply Chain Quality INTRODUCTION

Supply Chain Quality where we check quality of incoming raw/packaging materials and make sure that each and every product produced is up to Unilever standards.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Quality Lab management for personal care factory
• Management of consumables, instruments, key systems in the laboratory
• Managing a team of 6 analysts, assigning them daily tasks and follow up on their career development
• Working with suppliers to improve quality defect time loss due to raw and packaging materials
• Working with 3rd party suppliers to continue with our current certification of ISO 9001-2015, ISO 22715 (certification & recertification ) and Emirates Quality Mark
• Working on key Quality systems for daily production management, leading QMS program
• Leading Quality risk assessments for any new project coming to DPC
• Leading Lab Digital Transformation, leading Quality One Modules for the factory

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in chemical/Laboratory management or engineering
• SAP QM
• ISO 9001 certification
• Laboratory Certification (flexible)
• Digital Basics

Essential

• 2-5 Years experience in FMCG in Similar role

Desired

• Experience in Handling Suppliers for Quality improvements
• Experience in Managing Quality management Systems
• Experience in digital transformation
