Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Process documentation and standardization
- Model and document current business processes to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
- Standardize business processes to create uniform procedures that can be applied across the organization.
- Process analysis
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Regularly review processes to ensure they are aligned with business goals and support overall efficiency.
- Process optimization
- Identify inefficiencies within current processes and propose enhancements that align with the company's broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement process improvements that drive both efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support and drive process automation initiatives to reduce manual workloads and increase operational efficiency.
- Training of employees
- Develop and deliver training sessions, materials, and presentations to equip business process stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Ensure that employees are fully informed about new or updated processes and are capable of implementing them effectively.
- Continuously assess the training needs of employees and update training programs as needed.
- Collaboration in IT development
· Draft technical tasks for development and participate in the testing of the own in-house IT platform to ensure alignment with business process requirements.
Skills
Required qualifications:
Education
· A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Quality Management or a related field is mandatory.
Experience
- Proven experience in documenting, standardizing, and optimizing business processes.
- Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation and developing training materials.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Ability to collaborate with various employees across departments.
Language
· Proficiency in English at an Advanced (С1) level or higher.
