Key Responsibility:
Quality Inspection: Perform thorough inspections of shoes and bags that have undergone cleaning and restoration services, ensuring they meet quality standards for cleanliness, appearance, and craftsmanship.
Process Compliance: Ensure that all cleaning and restoration processes adhere to Washmen guidelines and industry best practices.
Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify defects or inconsistencies in the cleaning and restoration processes, report them to the team, and collaborate on corrective actions.
Customer Satisfaction: Act as the point of contact for any client concerns regarding the quality of restored or cleaned items, ensuring timely resolutions.
Training and Development: Train and guide cleaning and restoration technicians on quality control procedures and maintain a focus on improving service standards.
Documenting Results: Keep detailed records of inspections and quality checks, highlighting any patterns or recurring issues that need to be addressed in the production process.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of services provided.
Feedback Implementation: Collect feedback from customers and team members to refine and enhance the quality control processes, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Requirement:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role, preferably within the shoe and bag cleaning/restoration industry or a related field.
Attention to Detail: Excellent ability to spot imperfections, defects, and areas for improvement in restored and cleaned items.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of shoe and bag cleaning, restoration techniques, and industry standards.
Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and management.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and find practical solutions quickly.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work well with a team, training and motivating colleagues to maintain high standards.
