• Ensure total work quality and repair process as per manufacturers Standards• Supervise and guide the repair work• Ensure on time completion of job as per delivery schedule• Co-ordinate with Job controllers for proper labour and bay utilization• Ensure W/S efficiency and productivity• Ensure W/S safety procedures and requirements are strictly applied and followed as per SOP (personal safety/equipment safety/customer’s vehicle etc.)• Ensure Work Instructions are strictly followed• Ensure workshop and Technicians cleanliness • Co-ordinate with Controllers for over time schedule of the Technicians, if necessary.• Co-ordinate with Parts Dept. for non-available parts.• Technical/diagnosis assistance to Technicians/Front Line staff• Technical interaction/explanation with customers if required• Motivate Technicians and maintain team work• Ensure achievement of W/S target (Financial & non-financial)• Sharing/explanation of PSU/Technical bulletins with Technicians• Providing on job training for Technicians• Maintaining good inter personal relation with subordinates and superiors.
