We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products meets the established standards and specifications. As a Quality Controller, you will conduct thorough inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality production output.
Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections on incoming materials, work-in-progress, and finished products
Identify and document product defects and non-conformities
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective measures
Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and findings
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and guidelines
Communicate quality-related issues to management and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Quality Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of quality control standards and procedures
Ability to use various inspection tools and equipment
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements
Certification in quality control or related field is a plus
