Our client operates in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and household sector, offering a wide range of products from bread to various household essentials. Their goal is to provide a fast and smooth shopping experience for all household needs.
 

Job Description:
 



  • Develop and apply quality standards for the assigned areas and work hand to hand with the operative teams to improve and sustain quality performance.
  • Implement and follow-up for inspection of incoming and outbound products for the facilities.
  • Work with the operative team to close the non-conformities and comments results from audits and visits.
  • Investigate for root causes of complaints and develop effective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Train and develop the operative team for quality culture and requirements to raise knowledge and ease processes.
  • Will be responsible to apply a maintenance plan for the assigned areas and monitor it. 
  • Inspect raw materials used in manufacturing.
  • Creating a HACCP plan for assigned facilities.

 

Job Requirements:




  • Good knowledge of operations and coffee stores quality management. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Well detail oriented. 
  • Very Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of food safety and quality systems. 
  • Good negotiation skills. 
  • Very good time management.
