Job Description:
- Conduct Audit visits to the branches and send daily audit reports.
- Identifying and resolving workflow issues.
- Ensuring that the branches are following the company standards and regulations.
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
- Documenting activities and creating audit reports.
- Making recommendations for improvement.
- Creating training materials and operating manuals.
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Word)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
