The Quality Analyst in the laboratory services is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance across all NMC laboratory operations. This includes monitoring and standardizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and performance optimization. The role involves overseeing the accreditation process for the NMC group’s laboratories, specifically focusing on accreditation (ISO:15189, JCI) and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements. The individual will be responsible for conducting internal audits, identifying areas for improvement, and developing corrective actions to maintain optimal quality. In addition, they will collaborate with laboratory teams to support training, process improvements, and the development of best practices to uphold patient safety and laboratory excellence.
