General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven ability and at least 10 years experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining documented Management Systems either at corporate and/or projects levels, in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 45001, or other relevant standards, ensuring it meets local regulatory requirements in the concerned country.
- Proven experience to be be able to produce specific Management Systems, based on specific Contract Requirements in line with the ISO requirements.
- Proven ability to write correctly technical and professional essays and articles.
- Ability to develop, understand and describe Management Systems in the different levels of depth and details.
- Ability to develop tools aiming the enhancement and optimization of processes.
- Proven experienced in complete processes of ISO Certifications.
- Lead and coordinate training sessions on QHSE practices, ensuring that employees understand and follow quality guidelines and regulatory expectations.
- Provide guidance on regulatory compliance specific to the MENAAP market.
- Plan, conduct and lead internal QHSE audits and assessments to ensure adherence to the QHSE and Clients / Contracts requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ability to suggest and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Assist with external audits by regulatory bodies and customers, ensuring smooth coordination and audit readiness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, production, engineering) to objectively contributing for a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to produce regular reports, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Investigate and address customer complaints, non-conformances, and deviations, ensuring corrective actions are effective.
- Ensure that all quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, are up to date and compliant with the country's regulations.
- Ensure a continuous of self-update on the latest developments in QHSE, regulations, and industry best practices, particularly those relevant to the concerned country and region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred.
- 15 years of experience in a Quality Management or a related role, with experience in the UAE or GCC region highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001 and 45001), and local and regional regulations.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (with at least 10 years experience in conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits by regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency with Management System software and tools (e.g., CAPA, risk management).
- Fluency in English is a must (language proficiency will validated (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills are a must.

- Familiarity with local regulations and quality standards within the MENAAP region.
