Job Description

Role Overview
We seek an experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Development Specialist to develop and implement a QMS for Facilities Management (FM) operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality management within the FM industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • QMS Development: Design and document a QMS aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 41001).
  • Implementation: Lead the implementation of the QMS.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training programs on QMS processes.
  • Auditing: Conduct internal audits and manage corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement QMS improvement initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Others:
    • Identify, prioritize and implement quality programs and initiatives in line with executive guidance, organizational strategy and international best practices
    • Participate in the design and development of effective quality controls to be embedded in all projects and processes.
    • Support all departments in defining and implementing quality processes to comply International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for Quality Management System.
    • Audit quality procedures for compliance based on requirements and audit standards
    • Co-ordinate and administer third party quality audits, including schedules, communication, reports and tracking follow-up actions
Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years in quality management, particularly in FM.
    • Proven QMS development and implementation experience.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Quality management, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Strategic Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent or related field.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) are preferred.
Skill Set Required:
  • Knowledge of quality management principles
  • Strong project management
  • Excellent documentation and training skills
  • Proficiency in quality management tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
