Job Description:
Eleanor Projects is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures on construction sites.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Prepare and maintain QC documentation, including reports, test results, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
- Identify and address non-conformities, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards before approval.
- Support the team in achieving project timelines without compromising quality.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control within the UAE construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Experience with inspection processes, material testing, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in ISO 9001, LEED, or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Experience in project management and site supervision
