Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine quality inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
  • Monitor and enforce food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of production facilities and equipment.
  • Identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ingredient sourcing and evaluation.
  • Conducting supplier checks to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Performing shelf-life studies to assess product stability.
  • Developing and determining internal specifications for products and ingredients.
  • Ensuring all products comply with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
