Adecco is hiring for QA/QC Engineer for leading company in UAE.
Job Title: QA/QC Engineer / Quality & OpEx Specialist
Location: Dubai, MEA
Contract : 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan in line with contractual requirements.
- Supervise testing activities and coordinate with suppliers to ensure QA standards.
- Conduct project and site quality audits, following up on and closing findings.
- Manage non conformities, incidents, and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide coaching to project teams on Quality Assurance and Operational Excellence.
- Suggest and implement improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Monitor customer feedback and support process improvement initiatives.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management (ISO 9001), preferably with a background in power substations and renewable projects.
- Experience in Electrical Transmission projects, including civil construction.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi million-pound projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and ability to work under pressure.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
