The Role
We’re seeking a talented AI Developer & Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in building AI systems and integrating automation platforms like n8n and Make . You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI models while creating seamless automated workflows to optimize client operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges.
- Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n and Make to connect systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into client ecosystems.
- Write clean, efficient code in Python and other languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java) to support AI and automation projects.
- Optimize existing AI systems and workflows for scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, automation tools, and industry best practices.
- Document processes, architectures, and codebases for transparency and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development (e.g., NLP, predictive modeling, neural networks).
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with automation platforms: n8n and Make (Integromat).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and database systems.
- Ability to write scripts and integrate third-party tools into end-to-end solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
- Familiarity with DevOps/MLOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or public GitHub repositories.
- Certifications in AI/ML or automation tools.
