Responsible for the procurement of branded cosmetics and perfumes, ensuring stable supply and smooth supply chain operations;
Communicate and negotiate with domestic and international brand owners and suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms;
Familiar with the procurement processes and market trends of well-known brands such as DIOR and Chanel and branded perfume and cosmetics;
Optimize product assortment and develop procurement plans based on market demand and inventory levels;
Follow up on delivery schedules, coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely arrivals;
Regularly analyze procurement data and market trends, and provide purchasing recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Cosmetics, International Trade, or related fields;
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in branded cosmetics procurement, especially in the perfume category;
Familiar with the procurement processes of international luxury brands such as DIOR and Chanel, with strong brand resources;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of handling procurement tasks independently;
Strong sense of responsibility, high execution capability, and a good team player;
Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate and correspond via email on a daily basis.
