Responsibilities
- Identify and source suppliers for industrial kitchen and catering equipment.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous deals.
- Manage the procurement process from order placement to delivery and installation.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends and new product releases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding purchases.
