We are seeking a motivated and experienced Publisher Development executive to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced world of AdTech. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with publishers, optimizing their monetization strategies, and driving revenue growth through our platform. You will play a crucial role in expanding our publisher network, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring our partners receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities: Publisher Relationship Management :
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing publishers.
Act as the main point of contact for publishers, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly.
Provide guidance and strategic advice to publishers to maximize their revenue potential.
Publisher Development :
Identify and onboard new publishers to expand our network and reach.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with publishers, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company goals.
Develop innovative strategies to attract high-quality publishers and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.
Revenue Optimization :
Analyze publisher performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies that enhance publisher monetization.
Market and Industry Knowledge :
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
Utilize market knowledge to anticipate publisher needs and proactively address challenges.
Reporting and Analysis :
Generate regular reports and insights on publisher performance metrics.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take actions to achieve targets and objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in Pubanagement within the AdTech industry.
In-depth knowledge of the online advertising and media business landscape.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for growth and improvement.
