Job Description

1. Ensure system integration requirements are captured and implemented for all transportation modes.


2. Plans, directs and coordinates the daily activities of the shared Mobility Services.


3. Administers all mobility and public transport programs and provides expert counsel to senior management and professional staff on the management of large-scale transportation projects as well as day to-day activities and operational analysis.


4. Identify the key infrastructure requirements related to public transport and propose long and short term improvement plan.


5. Study the current state-of-the-art in fleet sizing for multimodal-shared mobility and define specific metrics to express accessibility, congestion and public space.


6. Plans and implements transportation projects, policies and programs including, Bus lanes,


shared mobility, elimination of illegal transport activities, etc.


7. Ensure the integration between all mode of transport, and setting documentation and


procedures for all processes.


8. Oversees the operational and capital budgets, and works in close coordination with the


concerned departments.


9. Ensure completeness, accuracy and integrity of all interfaces between systems.


10. Ensure that the vendors deliver as per the standards set by client.


11. Monitor the vendor/ consultant performance throughout the implementation and report any issues (if they arise) during the implementation.


12. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.
