Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Rock Petroleum is a leading company in the energy sector, committed to excellence in operations, compliance, and corporate governance. As we continue to expand our presence, we are looking for a skilled Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support our team with all legal and administrative public affairs in the UAE.

• Handle all government-related documentation and procedures, including visas, labor contracts, work permits, and company licensing.
• Liaise with UAE government departments such as MOHRE, Immigration, Economic Department, Chamber of Commerce, and Free Zones to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Manage the timely processing and renewal of employee visas, Emirates ID, and labor cards.
• Assist in the development and execution of corporate public relations strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and keep the company updated on legal and regulatory changes.
• Maintain good relationships with government officials and key stakeholders to facilitate company operations.
• Provide Arabic-English translation and support with official documentation.
• Handle company registration, trade license renewals, and notarization of official documents.
  

• Must be an Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably in the energy, oil & gas, or shipping industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and government procedures.
• Experience in liaising with government entities, embassies, and ministries.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
