Coordinate and Liaise: Act as the primary liaison between the company and various UAE government organizations/authorities, ensuring smooth communication and compliance with all regulations.
Government Services: Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all government-related jobs, including employment permits, entry visas, medical examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to immigration, the Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and business licenses.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated and Report for concerning parties the frequent amendments in Federal and State rules and regulations, adapting quickly and effectively to ensure the company remains compliant.
Employee Support: Respond effectively to the demands of the businesses, employees, and their families, assisting them with all government-related services, including visa processes, work permits, and legal documentation.
Employee and Dependent Services:
Visa and Work Permits: Administer the processes for obtaining new employment visas/work permits, monitoring, and renewing employee residence permits, and managing visas for dependents.
Passport Services: Facilitate the obtaining and renewal of passports for expatriates and their dependents.
Visa Cancellations: Handle the cancellation of visas for employees and their dependents.
Emergency Procedures: Manage complex medical/police procedures in the event of the death of any employee or next of kin.
Business Facilitation:
Embassy Liaison: Liaise with embassies/foreign diplomatic missions to enable Company’s team abroad business visits and obtain business entry visas for global business visitors.
License Management: Administer company and joint venture companies’ licenses and tax remittances with various UAE government authorities, including the Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, and Ministry of Finance & Industries.
Permit Management:
Permit Management: Apply for and obtain necessary permits for the import, export, and handling of chemicals, ensuring compliance with all local and international regulations.
Entry Permits: Secure entry permits including Security Permits ( CISPA ) for restricted site visits, ensuring that all procedures and requirements are met for safe and authorized access.
Expert Advice and Documentation:
Consultation: Provide expert advice to the business and employees on all visa formalities and other government-related procedures.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of employee records, contracts, and other relevant paperwork in accordance with UAE labor laws.
Attestation Regulations: Have in-depth knowledge of attestation regulations and entities required by banks or labor departments, ensuring all company documents are properly attested.
Research and Strategic Advisory:
Research Assistance: Assist with research as required, providing insights and information relevant to the company’s operations and regulatory environment.
Strategic Advice: Offer guidance on best practices in compliance and risk management, ensuring that the company’s operations remain within the legal framework.
Teamwork and Professionalism:
Collaboration: Work well in a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve company goals.
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed promptly.

Additional Responsibilities:
Company Representation: Represent the company at various departments for company accounts, including managing relationships and services with providers such as Etisalat
Document Management: Maintain accurate records for all services provided, ensuring compliance with ever-changing government rules and regulations.
Urgent Tasks: Prioritize and accomplish urgent tasks efficiently, even with short notice, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Assist HR with securing suitable labor camp facilities for employees. This includes researching and identifying resources that meet the company’s standards and local regulations. This involves liaising with companies that provide transportation services to and from work sites and coordinating with service providers responsible for delivering food and other necessities to the accommodations. The PRO will ensure that these facilities meet the company’s standards and comply with local regulations, thereby contributing to the overall well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
Driving and Language Requirements:
Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for the role.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is essential

Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and governmental processes.
Proficiency in handling MOFA attestations and liaising with embassies and consulates.
Strong understanding of chemical industry regulations and procedures for obtaining relevant permits.
