Public Relation officer (PRO) Administration & HR
Job Summary: As a Public Relations Officer (PRO), you will handle all aspects of immigration processes, trade license applications, renewals, and government interactions on behalf of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining smooth relationships with local government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:



Immigration Services:
Process and manage all types of immigration applications, including visas, work permits, and residency permits. Coordinate with immigration authorities to ensure timely approvals and renewals for employees and management. Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws and policies, advising the company on compliance requirements. Assist employees with visa-related inquiries and provide guidance on immigration processes.
Trade License Management:
Handle the application, renewal, and amendments of trade licenses for the company. Ensure compliance with all local government regulations for business operations and trade license requirements. Liaise with the relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits. Assist in the preparation and submission of required documents for business setup or license modification.
Government Relations:
Act as the company’s primary contact with government authorities, including local municipalities, the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Municipalities, Economic Department, Customs and other regulatory bodies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant government regulations, deadlines, and processes. Managing company-related registrations and renewals (trade licenses, labour cards, immigration cards). Address any legal, regulatory, or compliance-related inquiries that may arise from government departments. Representing the company during inspections, audits, or other official procedures. Handling inquiries and complaints from government authorities or external stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key government contacts.
Other Administrative Tasks:
Coordinate with external agencies or consultants when necessary for specific immigration or licensing requirements. Assist with the renewal of other official certifications or permits as needed. Liaising with the Land Department on various tasks. Liaising with the Transport department for various tasks such as buying, selling and transfer of vehicles. Preparing and submitting official letters, POA’s etc., to government authorities.* Making note of deadlines/expiry dates and ensuring that all renewals are done prior to expiry.
