Job Description
Job Summary: As an Experienced Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in managing property transfers, ensuring all deal terms are met, and that all regulatory and compliance requirements are fulfilled. You will handle the end-to-end process, including completing KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, drafting the necessary documentation, and ensuring that all commitments are met throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full conveyancing process for property transfers.
- Ensure all deal terms are met in accordance with agreements between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive KYC checks on sellers and other parties involved, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare and submit all necessary legal documents and forms required for property transfers, including transfer agreements, sales contracts, and POAs (Power of Attorney)
- Track and report on the status of property transfers, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Monitor and manage timelines, ensuring all legal requirements and contractual commitments are met.
Candidate profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in conveyancing, preferably within the Dubai real estate
market. - Strong understanding of UAE property law and the conveyancing process.
- Familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes and regulations.
- Experience with KYC processes and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with
stakeholders at all levels.
