Job Description

Job Summary: As an Experienced Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in managing property transfers, ensuring all deal terms are met, and that all regulatory and compliance requirements are fulfilled. You will handle the end-to-end process, including completing KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, drafting the necessary documentation, and ensuring that all commitments are met throughout the transaction process. 


Key Responsibilities


  1. Oversee and manage the full conveyancing process for property transfers.
  2. Ensure all deal terms are met in accordance with agreements between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
  3. Conduct comprehensive KYC checks on sellers and other parties involved, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  4. Prepare and submit all necessary legal documents and forms required for property transfers, including transfer agreements, sales contracts, and POAs (Power of Attorney)
  5. Track and report on the status of property transfers, maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  6. Monitor and manage timelines, ensuring all legal requirements and contractual commitments are met.

Candidate profile:


  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in conveyancing, preferably within the Dubai real estate
    market.
  2. Strong understanding of UAE property law and the conveyancing process.
  3. Familiarity with Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes and regulations.
  4. Experience with KYC processes and regulatory compliance.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with
    stakeholders at all levels.
