Are you an experienced professional in property management looking to join a fast-growing business in Dubai? We are seeking an Associate Property Manager to help manage and grow our portfolio of short-term rental properties.
Role Overview:
As an associate, you will play a key role in managing and expanding our portfolio of short-term rental apartments in Dubai. You will be a strategic partner, bringing your expertise to optimize operations and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of short-term rental properties.
- Ensure a premium guest experience by addressing their needs and expectations throughout their stay.
- Handle guest communications, including inquiries, bookings, and troubleshooting during their trip.
- Coordinate operational services such as cleaning, check-ins/check-outs, and maintenance.
- Monitor property performance and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
Your Profile:
- You are bilingual in French and English and currently reside in Dubai.
- You have a strong background in property management, preferably in the short-term rental sector.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and key tourist-friendly neighborhoods.
- You are organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- You excel in relationship management and partnership building.
