Key Responsibilities:
Provide innovative solutions to ongoing challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience
Clarify Customer Life Cycle Policies and Procedures for customers
Conduct inspections of ready units with customers during home orientation in the final stages of handover, ensuring a thorough snagging process is carried out and followed up with consultants to confirm completion of work
Contact customers one day before the Home Orientation to reconfirm details and required documents
Coordinate with the projects team to ensure units are ready and meet quality standards before handover
Conduct pre-checks the day before to confirm that the unit is clean and utilities are connected
Update customers on the available facilities, amenities, and retail outlets within their community
Address all complaints and customer inquiries, ensuring that the projects, legal, and finance teams are informed to take appropriate action or provide the necessary information and solutions
Regularly update management on all processes by producing business review reports and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures for the department, ensuring coordination between customers and the maintenance team
