The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle the following responsibilities with integrity and confidence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gathering information about the property to meet advertisement guidelines
- Organizing appropriate media content to list and advertise the property
- Organizing valuations
- Organizing and attending viewings
- Ensuring new clients are generated through the use Company database software.
- Building relationships with other real estate companies and service providers
- Provide up-to-date reports to line manager when requested.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of Outstanding Sales experience in UAE's Real Estate market. (International Real Estate Sales is an advantage)
- Capable of achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales Targets set by Management
- Excellent negotiation skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate properties for clients
- Proven outstanding track record in sales achievement
- Proficient in English. (Arabic, Urdu/Hindi, Russian, Persian and/or Chinese Languages is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Thorough attention to detail
- Detailed knowledge of legislation relating to real estate and the application thereof
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service
- Punctual, Patient, ethical & focused
- Ability to use a variety of software used in real estate including CRM is an advantage
License/Certification: RERA Broker’s Card and/or other related Certificates
Skills
Proven Sales Experience:
- 1-2 years of successful sales experience in the UAE’s real estate market (International real estate sales is a plus).
- Strong ability to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- A track record of closing deals and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Interpersonal & Negotiation Skills:
- Excellent negotiation skills to maximize client value and close deals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident and professional demeanour when dealing with clients, real estate partners, and service providers.
Market Knowledge & Analytical Abilities:
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, property valuation, and industry regulations.
- Ability to analyse properties and provide valuable insights to clients.
- Attention to detail when organizing viewings, valuations, and advertisements.
