Job Description


The Property Consultant will be responsible for achieving individual sales targets, managing client relationships, and delivering a seamless property purchasing experience. The role requires staying informed about market trends, building strong client connections, and driving sales performance to support the company’s goals in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

We are seeking a sales-driven professional with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A proven track record of at least 2 years in sales, ideally within Dubai’s real estate market.
  • Self-motivation, ambition, and resilience to thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • A natural talent for building relationships and enthusiasm for engaging with new leads.
  • The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Multilingual candidates proficient in Russian, Chinese, and Arabic are highly desirable.
