Job Description

The role of a Property Consultant in Dubai is pivotal in the thriving real estate market of the UAE. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes of properties. Your expertise will help clients make informed decisions, ensuring they find the perfect property that meets their needs and budget. This position requires a blend of strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and negotiation abilities to thrive in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
  2. Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
  3. Provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment potential.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers and tenants.
  6. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
  7. Stay updated on local real estate regulations and market changes.
  8. Organize and conduct property viewings and open houses.
  9. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers and property managers.
  10. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database.

  2. Proven sales and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  5. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
  6. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  8. Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems.
  9. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  10. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
