Intermediate negotiation processes of lease, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealingDetermine the financial capabilities and needs of clients in order to recommend solutions that are tailored to their circumstances.Engage in intermediate-level negotiations throughout lease processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal obligations, and other related matters to ensure ethical and equitable interactions.Ensure all paperwork, such as contracts, leases, acknowledgements, etc., are accurately prepared and processed in a timely manner.Fixed Salary 2000 AED to 5000 AED + Handsome Commission
