Role: Property Consultant
We are seeking experienced, motivated, and dynamic individuals from European backgrounds, fluent in multiple languages to join our team. As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with property transactions, serving as a trusted advisor and intermediary between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth and successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with clients to understand and fulfill their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a high-quality experience.
* Conduct property viewings, providing accurate and comprehensive information to guide clients in their decision-making process.
* Assist clients in negotiating favorable terms for property sales, safeguarding their best interests.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activities to offer informed insights.
* Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referrals.
* Stay informed about new launches of branded and luxury residences to better advise clients.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals that showcase property value and potential.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate seamless transactions and positive client experiences.
* Offer exceptional customer service throughout all stages of the client journey.
* Consistently meet or exceed all sales targets, demonstrating commitment and effectiveness.
* Present a polished, professional appearance at all times to align with company standards.
* Partner with the marketing team to execute sophisticated, luxury marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience in a luxury sales environment, ideally in real estate.
* Proven track record in sales, particularly with high-net-worth individuals.
* Strong business acumen and a genuine enthusiasm for the luxury real estate sector.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with an emphasis on building rapport.
* Keen attention to detail and appreciation for luxury finishes.
* Valid UAE driving license.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry (preferred).
* RERA license or knowledge is advantageous.
