Job Description

  • Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties;
  • Compile and draft all required documents, including contracts, leases, acknowledgments, and other legal forms.
  • Use market analysis and industry expertise to set competitive prices for properties.
  • Analyze clients' financial situation and determine their needs in order to offer appropriate solutions.

Skills

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or property management.
  • Proven sales record as a property consultant or in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and CRM tools.
  • Good understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and property laws.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
