Job Description

  • Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties;
  • Compile comprehensive lists of available properties, including details such as location, features, and square footage, for leasing purposes.
  • Engage in intermediate-level negotiations throughout lease processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal obligations, and other related matters to ensure ethical and equitable interactions.
  • Analyze clients' financial situation and determine their needs in order to offer appropriate solutions.
