Job Description
As a Property Consultant at Krypton Global Real Estate, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will leverage your market knowledge, negotiation skills, and passion for real estate to deliver outstanding results. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine commitment to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current market trends and property values.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and meetings with clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Manage the transaction process from start to finish, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, local laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide accurate information.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a property Consultant or similar role in real estate sales or property management.
- Driving license is preferred
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, property values, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.
