The Role:
To cater to the increasing demand and service qualified leads for new homes in Dubai, we are seeking highly motivated Property Consultants to join our multi-cultural team based in Dubai.
The role will primarily involve selling off-plan and new build properties valued between AED 2 million and AED 20 million to qualified and fresh leads.

Our office is strategically located in Business Bay near Downtown Dubai, offering convenience for client meetings and viewings.
Our expertise lies in the GCC and wider Middle East market, where we excel. Our in-house, industry-leading lead generation systems give us a competitive edge, attracting developers to run their regional campaigns through us.

Who You Are:
• An experienced Sales Negotiator with at least 2 years of proven track record in the Dubai. (Real Estate Experience is plus)
• Must have UAE driving license
• A self-motivated, driven, and ambitious professional
• A people’s person who loves making phone calls to new leads
• A target-driven individual with a positive mindset
• Possessing outstanding sales, negotiation, and closure skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Presentable, organized, and knowledgeable in CRM systems
• A team player
