We are looking for highly motivated and proactive real estate agents to join our off-plan division at Raine & Horne.
The ideal candidate will be given access to:
• Access to all of our contacts to get briefing and updates on all current/upcoming projects.
• Quality leads from digital and social media campaigns run for the projects in focus.
• Tailored content created for each agent to have the ammunition to close the deals and nurture your leads. This includes shoots with the agents in developer offices to build their social media personality.
We are looking for agents that provide exceptional customer service to clients and are willing to turn cold and qualified leads from potential to clientele. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and competitive real estate market, and to build a successful career in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying and selling off-plan properties in Dubai.
• Contacting the leads provided and also accessing their existing network through marketing, and cold calling to expand the client base.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on all Off-Plan property trends, prices, and regulations.
• Arrange and accompany clients on property briefings at developer offices, and provide them with detailed information about the properties.
• Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property developers, and other real estate professionals.
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our company and yourself.
