The Project Manage will lead the project team throughout the project's life-cycle, from inception to handover, ensuring compliance with standards, processes, guidelines and reporting requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering large scale projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Description
Manage capital projects and ensure consultants and contractors deliver services within the scope of work.Oversee and drive the design development and approvals process through close coordination with the responsible consultants, technical teams and stakeholders.Review design proposals and modifications to ensure all design elements align with the project brief, scope of work and the end user requirements.Monitor design and construction progress against approved documentation and execution plans, including compliance with design and specifications, quality control, HSE, codes, industry standards and best practicesMonitor the performance of consultants, contractors and subcontractors, during the design and construction phase to ensure that the quality of work meets the project's requirements .Conduct site visits and attend site meetings to monitor the progress and the proper completion of site activities.Act as the primary point of contact and facilitate communication with project stakeholders.Manage the implementation of quality control and quality assurance programs in compliance with requirements and contract conditions.Assist in the review of all variation orders and their accuracy and assess impact on overall project plan and budget before the commercial team conducts their investigation.
Profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably with large scale developments, 5 years of which in managerial positionStrong expertise in managing large size projects within real estate development or contracting company.Proven experience in stakeholder management and strategic planning.Bachelor's degree in engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field is required. Master's degree is preferred.Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.Proficient in English. Proficiency in Arabic is an added value.Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.Strong communication and presentation skills, including the preparation of reports and presentations to senior management.Knowledge of design and construction local and international best practices.Solid understanding of local regulations and requirements.Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
