Position :Projects ManagerExperience : 5+YearsSalary : depends upon experienceLocation : DubaiJob Description--------------We are seeking a highly skilled Projects Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in the industry. As a Projects Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the construction projects, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. You will work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finishDevelop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plansCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholdersMonitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsResolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction processCommunicate regularly with the project team and stakeholders to provide updates and address concernsEnsure that all project documentation and records are maintained and up to dateRequirements:Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related fieldProven experience as a Projects Manager in the construction industryStrong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materialsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient in project management software and toolsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of safety and quality regulations and standardsPMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
