Job Description

Marine Capabilities (Marcap) LLC is looking for an experienced Project Technical Coordinator to oversee and coordinate various technical projects within our marine operations. This role is critical in ensuring that all project activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Assist Head of Operations in various matters including but not limited to the preparation of Preventive Maintenance (PMS) plans, and project proposals, including scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure that all technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings as necessary to ensure project alignment.
