Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Proactively contacting clients on a regular basis to gather information regarding delivery dates, while ensuring that all ordering/stock requirements are addressed.
  • Proactively engaging and developing relationships with main contractors and developers, pre, during and post project completion.
  • Providing administrative support to the Projects team and keeping all documents and client records up to date while properly storing all information and files in the shared drives.
  • Taking on all incoming queries from project customers and addressing them promptly.
  • Following up with customers on all outstanding payments and in accordance to the agreed payment terms in the contracts

 

Skills

Preference

  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Good Communication
  • Project Management

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Previous construction and real estate experience including dealing with main contractors and developers is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written
