Job Description

  • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
  • Modify the budget plan according to changes in the design of a construction project.
  • Team up with supervisors, engineers, managers, and workers to meet client requirements of a construction project.
  • Plan construction project activities for adhering to the estimated budget and resources.

Skills

  • Fully understands quantity surveying, budgeting, estimating and the bid process Numeracy.
  • A technically-sound professional with good understanding of engineering concepts.
  • In-depth knowledge of forecasting, project management, and surveying by effective evaluation of client-side requirements.
  • Hands-on expertise on various software in surveying activity.
