Planner (expertise on planning program level)Role Type: Outsourced, Full Time, On-Site Contract Duration:

Planner on the Program. The resource should have experience on preparing large
scale program plans and upkeep of the same across the program lifecycle.A Programme Planner is responsible for the
strategic organization and management of Programme level activities from
inception to completion of the Programme. Their primary role is to develop and
maintain project plans, supporting the project to deliver on time, within
scope, and on budget. Identify and allocate resources, including team members,
equipment, and budget, identify inter dependencies on the tasks within a
project or between projects within the Programme to ensure Programme requirements
are met.Establish and manage project schedules,
setting deadlines and ensuring that tasks are completed on timeRequired
Background:Bachelor’s degree in computer
science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant
certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.Minimum of 7+ years of overall work
experience in the field of IT with at least 3+ years within IT Project
Management stream.Prior working experience as a team
member within PMO or part of the Project Team is Plus.Project management certifications
as CAMP, RMP, CSM, PMP considered as added advantage.Must be located within UAE and
willing to travel on a need basis.Functional/Technical
CompetenciesProven experience in program/project planning and
management, preferably in software implementation or IT projects.Strong understanding of software development life
cycles and implementation methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with
the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal
teams.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g.,
Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft
Office Suite).Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering
